Client-ready reporting

Give clients a clear view of delivery.

Create a read-only report snapshot from the project you already maintain. Recipients see the project timeline, progress, feature summary, task detail, and the date the snapshot was created.

Report anatomy

A report built from the project—not a second status system.

Trackiverse calculates the project summary from its tasks and features, places that progress against the schedule, and carries the same structure into the feature summary.

  • Project name and snapshot date at the top.
  • Overall progress and timeline context.
  • Feature descriptions, completion, and task-level percentages.

The real sharing controls

Choose access, expiry, and create the snapshot.

The Share project dialog makes the behavior explicit: progress is frozen when a link is created, so later project updates do not alter what the recipient saw. Every link follows this same snapshot behavior.

  • Public summary for anyone with the link.
  • Password-protected or signed-in access on Pro and Team.
  • Team-only access on Team, with optional link expiry.

Share project

Create read-only report links that freeze progress at the moment of creation. Password, standard, and team modes require Pro or Team.

Create share link

Opens a printable report. Progress is snapshotted when the link is created so later updates do not change what recipients see.

After creating a link, open or copy it anytime from Manage links below.

A lighter reporting routine

Review the project, create the link, send the report.

A client update still needs judgment and context. Trackiverse removes the reconstruction step by starting from the project state the team has already maintained.

01

Review

Check the current project progress, feature detail, and report date.

02

Create

Choose the access mode and expiry, then create a frozen report link.

03

Share

Send the read-only report to the people who need the delivery view.
