Product overview
Trackiverse gives a project one clear structure: a timeline, features, tasks, and progress that rolls up from the work itself. The preview below uses the same project interface people work from in Trackiverse.

Move a new customer from sign-up to their first useful project.
Make quality, launch, and customer communication visible.
The project model
Dates establish the window. Features organize the meaningful parts of delivery. Tasks use Trackiverse’s five-step completion scale, and their progress rolls into the feature and project view. There is no separate readiness score to maintain.
See elapsed time and project progress in the same project view.
Group related work into readable outcomes with their own progress.
Move work through the same five completion states used across the product.
Turn the project into a read-only report with a visible report date.
The same project, ready to explain
Reports use the project’s real progress, dates, features, and tasks. The summary shown here is the same report component used in Trackiverse, so the working view and shared view stay connected.

Sharing that matches the product
Every share link freezes progress when it is created. Choose public, password-protected, signed-in, or team-only access according to the plan and audience, then set an optional expiry.
Create read-only report links that freeze progress at the moment of creation. Password, standard, and team modes require Pro or Team.
Opens a printable report. Progress is snapshotted when the link is created so later updates do not change what recipients see.
Optional connections
Slack and hosted MCP are optional Pro and Team capabilities. Their real setup surfaces are shown below so the page explains what exists today without implying an automatic or hidden workflow.
